I found out today that the husband will be writing his thesis at home through the month of September. The same thesis he wants me to edit.
So much for the lovely empty house . . .

More caffeine, Sue. That's what you need. More caffeine, better headphones, and an annoyed, busy look on your face. It's how I deal when he's home "working" and wants to show me a YouTube video or some oddity he's dug up somewhere. I've found that wearing headphones, even when they're not plugged into the speakers, makes me look too busy to bother. Just a friendly suggestion from one harried freelancer to another.... ;-)
